FAQ - Troubleshooting
Users can only be logged in on one device at a time. When moving devices, be sure to log out of your previous session to ensure that you can connect efficiently.
Not seeing your show? Use the "Schedule" page within our menu to find the complete show schedule. Watch each show live under our "Livestreams" page or rewatch the show in the "On Demand" page.
No Audio? - Please ensure that the video player and computer/phone are both unmuted.
Do you hear multiple or duplication of shows? Please check other browser windows or tabs to mute or close them.
What is a good network speed to watch the show? Generally 5-6 Mbps is sufficient, but if there are multiple people and other devices on the home network, your performance may be impacted. We have done our best to optimize for lower resolutions where we can.
What browsers are supported? Major supported web bowsers are preferred and we have tested the platform with updated Chrome, Safari and Edge. If your browser is having issues, please see if there are any updates available.
Is your stream buffering or stalling? Try these solutions:
- Perform a speedtest at speedtest.net to ensure you have a good connection from your Internet Service Provider (ISP). For best viewing experience, ensure that you have __ mbps to stream video content.
- Consider restarting your browser, computer or router/modem.
- If you continue to have issues with download speeds, we suggest you contact your ISP to see if there are any issues in their systems.
- Log out of other band-width intensive tasks on your network such as other streams, online gaming, video conferencing and large file downloads or uploads.
If you are on a mobile device and having issues, please consider connecting to a strong Wi-Fi network.
